In honor of National Suicide Prevention Awareness Week, State High's Mental Health Matters Club, staff, and volunteers were able to get a chance to connect and engage with students at State High. "One of the most complex parts about talking about mental health is the stigma around it - however, talking about it is how we help each other know that we are not alone," Elisabeth James, High School Mental Health Clinician, said.
