Humans of State High
“One of the things I value the most are small, unexpected moments that end up being great memories. I always saw memories as results of big, planned events. I realized recently that some of the best times I had were the simplest experiences. I treasure breakfasts with my siblings, watching ridiculous movies with friends and long car rides with my mom. I love driving to work early in the morning when the sun is rising, watching the snow fall from my bedroom window, and taking walks through my neighborhood with my dog. I remember the times when I made my friend laugh so hard, or when strangers let me pet their dogs, or when I cooked a really good recipe. These small moments end up being the ones that I remember the most vividly.”
