Junior Caytlin Kramer works on her approach on the board, aiming to hit the yellow towel hanging above her. An important part of a successful dive is having a strong approach, to reach a good height for the skill you’re executing. Kramer is a first year diver, coming in after various years in gymnastics, and has quickly picked up various skills, including somersaults, inward and reverse dives.
