State High Goes Green: Growing Responsibility for the Environment

Guest speaker Dr. Richard Alley, geologist and Evan Pugh Professor of Geosciences at the Pennsylvania State University, speaks about solar energy and the importance of avoiding global warming consequences. Alley answered the question, “How can we contribute to promoting positive climate effects?” with the response, “I think you’re already doing it, it is talk, it is share, it is using this towards your career, you’re thinking, you’re doing, we need a few of you who can be professionals, the inventors, but most of you just have to contribute to the vote, to the discussion."

In between lunch periods the store shuts down for cleaning, ensuring a safe and clean experience for the students of the following lunch.
