Brushwood, a captain and vocal leader of the team, always keeps a positive spirit and supports his teammates. “It has been an incredible honor to be a captain for this team. I have been playing this sport my entire life and to see the growth of the game at State High is something really special. It’s hard to think about how soon I’ll have to walk away from this program, but I hope that the impact I and the rest of our senior class has had will continue to show for years to come,” Brushwood said.
