Hi! My name is Brighid Perkins. I am a sophomore at State High and this is my first year participating in journalism. Outside of school, I tend to spend most of my time at the barn with my horse, Mo. Last year I discovered that I really enjoy writing, as that had become my favorite part of English class and because of that, I decided to join journalism. It is my goal to strengthen my writing skills and branch out a little, hopefully, try some new techniques and styles with my writing.
