This year, State High said goodbye and thank you to 10 teachers and administrators: Communications Director Chris Rosenblum, math teacher Jim Schaper, learning enrichment teacher Sheila Abruzzo, social studies teacher Andy Merritt, Athletic Director Chris Weakland, Driver’s Education teacher Brad Fisher, math teacher Ginger Leach, German teacher Richard Polka, and P.E. teacher Mark Baney. An additional retiree, Donna Bach, opted out of being featured. Each teacher and administration made unique contributions to the State High community, and while they may no longer be at school physically, their legacies will remain.
