Nate Tranell is a senior at State High entering his second year in journalism. He joined journalism because he likes writing, but stayed because of the people in the class and the stories he gets the privilege to tell. In his free time, he likes to read & write, go on runs, learn about something new, and play piano. He is also a filmmaker, whose film “The Sleepless Watch” won Best Picture at the 2025 SCOSCARs.
